Development of Preliminary concept into comprehensive design solution with engineering considerations, schematic plans, perspectives, models, architectural presentation, costing, budgeting and estimates.

Preparation of final design and project drawings outlining, construction details, materials and finishes.

Preparation of working drawings with specifications including the co-ordination with structural, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and other allied services wherever necessary.
